Dear Residents,

There are a number of bicycles parked within the stairwells of the towers. These bicycles can impede a safe evacuation from the area & can also impede responding emergency services.

Under the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) areas such as this are to be kept clear.

The MC has installed bicycle racks at the MSCP for residents to park their bicycles so therefore we strongly request that you either utilize this area or park your bicycle inside your unit.

The MC reserves the right to remove any bicycles if the are parked at the stairwells. To that effect, any bicycles found parked in the stairwells will be removed by 21 February 2018. Please be aware that the MC & MA will bear no responsibility to reimburse the owner if the bicycle and lock is damaged, broken, or stolen.
