Dear Residents,

During the painting phase of the R&R, residents were asked to remove their bicycles to level 5 until the MSCP was completed.

On 21 Sep 17 notices were issued asking residents to do so. Again on 11 Oct 17 notices were put up asking residents to remove their bikes up to level 5.

So therefore, after ample notice, those bicycles hampering the R&R effort were removed and placed at level 5 for owners to collect once the MSCP was completed. This was done in November 2017 and now the MC is left with a large pile of unclaimed bicycles.

We wish to inform that 1 month from the date of this notice, any unclaimed bicycles will be disposed of and that the MC & MA will not be liable for any claims arising from the lost / missing bicycles.

Once claimed please park your bicycle at the MSCP or inside your own unit.
