Dear Residents,

We have had a case of someone throwing a lit cigarette butt out of their high-floor window recently. This butt was caught in the breeze and was blown into a lower floor unit. This is a safety hazard as people, belongings, and property can be injured or burnt.

We ask that people who smoke to be mindful of others especially when disposing of their butts.

Persons found / seen disposing their butts out of the window will be reported to NEA for further action.
