Dear Residents,

It has become apparent that the storage of items inside the Hose reel & Water Riser Rooms within the corridors is on the increase.

As these rooms are part of common property the By-Laws state that there is to be no storage or placement of any items within these areas.

So accordingly please be aware that if items are found within these areas, they will be removed.

We seek your co-operation in keeping these areas clear.
