Dear Residents,

A reminder that the parking and storage of bicycles in the EM common areas specifically in the corridors and stairwells of the towers is strictly prohibited. This is mainly as a safety concern as in the event of an emergency these bicycles can impede the safe and orderly evacuation in times of a crisis.

So please if you have a bicycle parked in the corridor or stairwell please move it to either the MSCP or into your unit.

Please be aware that the MC has the right to remove offending bicycles and will not bear the responsibility if any loss or damage occurs to said bicycle.

We seek your help & co-operation to make our facilities as obstruction free as possible for the safety of all persons.
