It has come to our notice that various religious practices are being conducted along the driveways of the Estate. Please be aware that no religious procession is to be conducted along the driveways or any common area.

Under the prescribed By-Laws an occupier of a lot shall not create any noise on a lot or the common property likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the occupier of another lot or any person lawfully using the common property.

also: Soliciting of goods and services, the holding of religious or political activities shall not be permitted in the premises.

These practices can impede on safety of vehicles and other residents utilizing the driveway to and from the estate.

We would respectfully request that this to cease and any practices that you wish to conduct be done within the confines of your unit and not along the Estate's driveways
