Dear Residents,

There has been an instance where a window handle fell off the window frame and landed in a resident's balcony on the 1st floor.

This is an owners / occupiers responsibility to check & repair / replace.

Homeowners / tenants can face a fine of up to S$10,000.00 and / or a jail term of up to a year, if a window from their unit falls. So as occupiers you can be held responsible if your window falls and hurts / kills someone below.

Please read the attached poster to mitigate that possibility.
