Dear Residents,
The Management noticed that some of the residents are parking their e-bikes / bicycles along the common corridor and the stairwell. This not only blocks the emergency escape route during an emergency but it also poses as a safety hazard to the residents.
With references to the By-Laws for East Meadows Condominium,
1.3 Common Areas
1. The sidewalks, passages, lobbies stairways and corridors must not be obstructed at any one time, or used for any purposes other than their designated usage.
2. Personal property of any kind shall not be placed on or stored in the common areas.
As such, we would greatly appreciate if you could remove your e-bikes / bicycles and prevent from parking your e-bikes / bicycles in the said manner.
Please help us to make the estate a more pleasant place to stay in.

Appreciate the effort and fully support the initiative. Kindly decongest the bicycle parking lots in the car park areas too. At least a third of the bikes may not have owners residing here as can be seen from the condition of bikes especially flat tires, corroded chains, dust on the bicycles etc. This will allow the current residents to properly utilise the bicycle parking lots. Appreciate your comments.. vishal
