Serial 1.3 Common Areas paragraph 2
Dear Resident,
1. As you may be aware, the Estate is embarking on a Repaint & Repair (R&R) exercise very shortly. Part of this R&R exercise is that all Corridors and Riser Rooms are going to be re-painted. To that end we are requesting that any items that are currently “stored” in the Riser Rooms be removed. Please note that as per the reference, storage of any items is not allowed within the common areas this also includes inside the various riser rooms.
2. Therefore, MA will be coming thru and checking each riser room of all towers and will be removing any items found in these locations. This will commence from 20 March 17 onwards.
3. It is requested that if you own any items inside these riser rooms, please remove such items before we come thru.
4. MA will hold on to the items until 03 April 17 (2 Weeks) for any resident to claim their items, which after that, if not claimed, will be disposed of accordingly.
5. Thank you for your co-operation with this matter.
